Access needed a friendly and engaging film to lead their marketing activities / online presence that would communicate their brand story / offering to current and potential customers. Their service offering is complex and they wanted to talk about what they do in a manner that was accessible and interesting.

Created to market the company – for use in new business meetings, on their website and to drive traffic to their website via social media channels. It is also being used by their parent company MasterCard to promote understanding of their business offering and to raise awareness of their customer service offering both in and outside of usual business channels.


The film has provided Access with a valuable marketing tool. Since launch the client’s website traffic has increased five-fold and led to an increased level of responses from clients for case studies / further information.

Cumi filmed on location at Access Prepaids call centre to gather plates and footage that we would use to track the 2D animation to and bring the surfaces to life. Staff were cast to be included in the film to make it a more human piece.

The film is being successfully used in new business meetings and internally within the MasterCard group and reactions are extremely positive. It has performed so well that versions have been made in Japanese and Spanish. An award-winner, the film has won Gold for Best Animation and Highly Commended for Best Corporate Communication at the IVCA awards and Gold for Best Animation at the New York Festival.
